Captain Randy Towe
I have lived in Islamorada, one of islands in
the chain of islands in the Florida Keys since
1984, great fishing is my passion, thats what I
do, from offshore to flats and backcountry
fishing, I have been doing both sides my
whole life, I am able to share my knowledge
with people who want to learn how to fish
better, with helpful tips and techniques or just
catching fish having fun not being at work, I
enjoy teaching young kids how to fish.
Captain Randy loves to share his knowledge
with his friends and clients, from just a fun day
on the water to a $100,000 dollar sailfish
tournament, he loves the competion and having
that great day on the water to get credit for all the
dues you pay, that's what makes you keep doing
it. Living in the Florida Keys you get spoiled with
all the different fish you can catch both inshore
and offshore, Capt. Randy likes to fish and is
going to give you the best chance of having a
great day. Sometimes you can't always catch
what you want but most times you can catch
something that will be a lot of fun.
Captain George Clark Jr. lives and fishes in Key Largo Florida. In 1973 George’s father took
George Jr. on his first fishing trip in the Florida Keys. It was then George Clark Jr. began his
fishing journey. Now many years later, that first fishing experience is remembered as a fuzzy
and blurred memory. It may be the reason Captain George Clark Jr. enjoys fishing those same
waters and sharing new adventures with young and old alike.

Captain Clark is a full time guide who fishes the Atlantic, Gulf of Mexico and Everglades
National Park. From Sword fish to Tarpon, George has pursued them all. There probably isn’t
anything with fins he hasn’t caught.

When Capt. George isn’t entertaining clients on the water, he is fishing professional
tournaments or involved in community functions.  Also Capt. Clark broadcasts daily fishing
reports, live from the water for sun 103.1fm.
Captain George Clark

Captain Ryan

Like the other larger charter fishing boats in the Key Largo,
Tavernier & Islamorada our fishing fleet is fully rigged for
offshore/reef fishing.  Our boat is a custom designed 2008
2360 Sailfish center console powered by a F250 Yamaha
4-Stroke outboard.
Our charter boat is a very versatile compromise to a big offshore
fisherman and  a small flats skiff.  This versatility allows our boat to be
comfortable in both the offshore bluewater and the skinny waters of the
backcountry. Our charter boat is 21 feet long and 8 1/2 feet wide with a
reliable 200 HP HPDI Yamaha Saltwater Series  outboard and carries
the latest electronics and Coast Guard safety equipment. Our charter
boat specializes in comfortable, productive sport fishing! We will
release all fish that are not going to be eaten. The days of keeping a
fish for mounting are over! A fiberglass replica looks great, does not
need maintenance with age and the feeling of knowing that your trophy
catch is still swimming to be caught again is second to none! Release
the fish to make more trophies for future generations.
Captain Russ Pellow

I have been fishing for a living in Islamorada in the

tackle anglers, I can accommodate your needs.

Our fishing boat is a beautifully restored 23' seacraft center console boat.

An innovator since the beginning, Seacraft has always been at the cutting-edge of engineering
and design technology.  Designed by the legend Carl Moesly, they created a hull in the 23’ size
that even today is measured against all other competitors, and is considered to be the best
midsize seagoing vessel ever built.

Craig bought this boat secondhand and restored it over the course of five years, replacing the
floor, adding livewells and storage areas, installing a new Mercury Optimax outboard, and of
course painting and finishing.  It is really a beautiful restoration.
Captain Craig
We put in 100% effort on every charter to make our clients happy. We
get the angler involved as much as they would like to be. We are not
a charter boat where the mate hooks the fish and hands off the rod.
We want you to experience the thrill of catching a trophy fish like a
sailfish from start to finish. As you can see from the tournament
page on our website we have a lot of experience and knowledge of
the waters of the Upper Keys from Islamorada to Ocean Reef.
Captain Fred Dillon
Captain Martin Formento

No Fish No Pay!
Our charter boat is a 33-foot World Cat especially suited to provide
smooth and comfortable travel to the best fishing spots in the ocean
waters off Islamorada.
In the Florida Keys, Captain Brian Cone has gained a reputation as the
hot hand when it comes to hunting dolphin and many other offshore
species. When you fish on the Contagious you not only catch fish, but you
learn a whole lot about Cone's techniques and what makes him so good
as an expert at finding the fish. His passion and intensity for fishing and
his easy way with customers, young and old, will surely make your day on
the water a memory you will never forget!
Captain Brian Cone
Captain Steve Stone knows the waters of Islamorada as well as
every other experienced Florida Key’s fishing captain. However,
there is something different, something that separates Captain
Steve Stone from most other Florida Key’s fishing captains. Captain
Steve has that remarkably accurate gut feeling telling him what to
fish on certain days, yet that is not what separates him from other
Charter Boat Captains. He routinely finds great catches of the highly
sought after Mahi Mahi offshore or the incredible tasting Yellow Tail
Snappers on the reef.
Captain Steve Stone
Did You Know?
Catching Dolphin All year is not uncommon here in the Florida keys. The best months though to ensure a good
chance at a large one is March, April, May. Dolphin are here in great numbers in June, July and August as well.

Dolphin are known as voracious predators. While their favorite prey is the flying fish, they also consume squid,
shrimp, crustaceans and even smaller dolphin. Using a keen sense of eyesight the dolphin locates most food near
clumps of floating vegetation and objects.
The dolphin is considered one of the top offshore game fish and is highly targeted by anglers around the world. It is
famous for its leaps and flips over the surface when hooked. Because of their speed and agility, dolphin provide for an
exciting catch as they run long and jump often.
Did You Know?
King mackerel are found in the Atlantic Ocean from Massachusetts to Brazil, including the Caribbean and Gulf of
Mexico. They are a "coastal pelagic" species, meaning they live in the open waters near the coast. They live in water
115 to almost 600 feet deep. King mackerel prefer warm waters, and seldom enter waters below 68 degrees
Fahreneheit. They migrate with seasonal changes in water temperature and with changes in food availability.
Swimming in large schools, they migrate to the northern part of their range in the summer and to the southern part in
the winter.

King mackerel grow fast, up to 5½ feet and 100 pounds, and can live more than 20 years. They're able to reproduce
when they reach 2 years of age. King mackerel spawn on the outer continental shelf from May through October.
Females release eggs in the open water, where they are fertilized. Females can have 50,000 to several million eggs.

King mackerels are carnivores, feeding in the middle of the food chain on fish, squid, and shrimp. They're voracious
feeders and have been observed leaping out of the water in pursuit of prey. Juvenile and larger pelagic fish feed on
smaller king mackerel. Bottlenose dolphin and large fish such as sharks and tuna feed on adult king mackerel.
Did You Know?
There are many wrecks and artificial reefs in the Florida Keys that aren't in a protected area.  Fish found at the wrecks are generally larger and more
mature.  The fish that have grown out of their adolescence and are no longer in need of their school hang out on the wrecks.  They are large and fast and
are plenty capable of catching their own meals.  There are also schools of fish that live around these massive structures of the wrecks that will gladly
come up to the surface for a free meal of live chum.  Usually big Grouper and Mutton Snapper are bottom fished and kites and flat lines are used to catch
King Mackerel, Wahoo, Sailfish or Barracuda.

Captain Rick Killgore
Islamorada fishing in the Florida Keys is excellent. Capt. Rick Killgore will take you fishing with expertise and
enthusiasm! Experienced anglers can rely on his skills and knowledge. Rick personally had two IGFA WORLD
RECORDS caught on fly fishing tackle. Novice anglers will appreciate his patience and assistance. Women and
children are welcome. Light tackle and fly fishing instruction are just two of his specialties (and he makes all his
own flies).

Rick started professional fishing in 1978 before his 16th birthday, and grew up fishing the flats and offshore waters
of Key Biscayne, Miami. He finally landed in Islamorada in 1995 after charter fishing Costa Rica (as featured in Salt
Water Sportsman, March 1991), St. Thomas, Mexico, Bahamas, and South Florida. Rick found the truth in
Islamorada's reputation as "The Sports Fishing Capital of the World." Many IGFA world records have been caught
here. The fish Rick targets are prolific. There is an incredible variety of fish and fishing: from the flats, to the offshore,
to the reef, to the Everglades, and out to the wrecks of the Gulf of Mexico.

Offshore fishing in the 23' Sea Craft is an active angler's dream. You hook your own fish, and often you will cast a
bait at a Mahi Mahi or sailfish. Rick instructs you how to hook your fish, even hook your live bait so you know how if
it's needed while he is chasing down a fish. "
This is not a trip where the mate hooks your fish and hands you the
"  Rick wants you to catch your "dream fish," and all on your own when possible. He is there for every assistance
too, and when the fishing gets "fast and furious" he's there to help fill the box for you too.

Reef Fishing Charter

Take a short ride to the amazing coral reefs
of the Florida Keys.

Reef fishing is the perfect activity for families
with kids or those who dont have a full day to
fish. Hundreds of fish species call our reefs
home; inlcuding snapper, grouper, hogfish,
porgies, mackerel and sharks, to name a
few. Consistent action and tasty catches
make reef fishing a great choice for kids &
adults alike.
Night Fishing

When the sun goes down, the action heats up!

Night fishing gives anglers an opportunity to see a side of the
Florida Keys few have. We offer two different trips depending on your
tastes. Reef fishing at night produces some of the best snapper
catches we have seen. It is not uncommon to catch our limit of
snapper at night.

Our near shore shark & tarpon is popular during the spring/summer
tarpon migration. Thousands of sharks and tarpon use our inter
island channels to move along the coast.
